One account per person. Your username and full name are shown publicly on your profile, on leaderboards and in challenges. Your date of birth, email address and password are not.

Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, change it from the sign-in page and every other session is signed out.

A book is a one-off purchase. Practice and quiz access is for one year and is renewed by paying again.

No purchase ever shortens access you already have. Buying a book sets your practice year to a year from approval, or leaves a longer one alone. Paying for practice access adds a year to whatever is left.

Where these terms say a book is yours for life, that means for as long as this site operates. We cannot promise more than that honestly.

Payment is by bKash and is checked by hand. You send the amount, submit the transaction ID, and we match it against the account — usually within 12 hours. Each transaction ID can be used once.

If an order is not approved you are told why. No money reaches us through this site: a payment that is not matched stays where you sent it.

A code printed in a physical book is entered as a coupon at checkout.

If an order was approved in error, or you were charged for something you did not receive, write to us and we will put it right. Because access is granted immediately on approval and cannot be taken back, we ask you to be sure before you pay.

The book text, puzzles and quiz questions are ours. Read them, print a page for yourself, use them with your own class. Do not republish them, sell them, or feed them to a service that does.

Do not try to automate practice, fake a time, or interfere with anyone else’s account. Times and answers are checked on our side, so this mostly wastes your own evening.

You can ask us to close your account at any time and we will delete it. Orders are kept as financial records even after an account is closed, because we are required to account for money that was paid.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will say why.

If these terms change in a way that affects what you have already bought, we will email you before it takes effect.
